Brief Introduction 

To protect the spark proof motor's surface from chipping, scratching or rust during process of motor installation, dismantling and maintenance in case of failure of flameproof performance! Fastening bolt connected to flameproof casing is essential; fastener grade shall not be lower than regulations of drawing or technical material.

When adopting detachable screws or bolts to fasten any part of the flameproof casing, hole and screw hole (or bottom hole thereof) shall not penetrate casing wall; metal thickness around the hole shall not be less than 1/3 of hole diameter and more than 3mm. Screwing depth of fastening bolt shall not be less than 1.5 times of bolt diameter; when the fastening bolt is completely screwed and gasket is not considered, thread allowance shall be reserved between tail and bottom of the screw hole.

Anti-loosening measures shall be adopted for fastening bolt; when spring gasket is adopted to prevent loosening, to guarantee elasticity, tightening torque of fastening bolt shall meet standard regulations. Non-metal parts of flameproof casing shall meet related regulations on non-metal part prescribed within GB 3836.2Explosive Environment Part 2: Flameproof Casing "d" Protected Equipment. Outer diameter of user's incoming cable shall be consistent with seal ring of terminal box. The seal ring of line inlet of main terminal box permits five cables differing in diameter to pass through.
