Parts constituting flameproof casing of motor include: frame, end cover, bearing inner cover, terminal box base, terminal box cover, insulator, junction hopper as well as ferrules and seal rings of various line outlets and inlets.
Processing of flameproof surface shall strictly follow dimensional tolerance, surface roughness, form and location tolerance, flameproof surface width, etc. as required by drawing; pay special attention that minimum values of processing depth and flameproof distance of hole or screw hole on the flameproof junction surface must meet regulations of drawing.
Implement static pressure test on flameproof overall casing or casing parts; test pressure shall meet related regulations of static pressure test prescribed within GB 3836.2Explosive Environment Part 2: Flameproof Casing "d" Protected Equipment.
