The routine test of the YRKK900 slip ring rotor motor shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T1032. Mechanical inspection items shall be carried out according to the following requirements:
a) Rotation check: the motor should be smooth and light when rotating, without stopping;
b) Appearance inspection: check whether the assembly of the motor is complete and correct, and the paint on the surface of the motor should be dry, uniform, and free from dirt, damage, cracks and other phenomena;
c) Inspection of installation size, profile size and key size: Installation size and tolerance shall comply with the provisions of 4.8, key size shall comply with the provisions of 4.9, installation size and tolerance inspection shall be carried out according to GB/T4772.2;
d) Check the collector ring and brush of the series motor: the surface of the collector ring should be smooth, no sand holes are allowed, and the brush and the collector ring should be in good contact.
The slip ring rotor motor insulation resistance shall be tested according to GB/T20160
The voltage resistance test shall be carried out according to GB/T755.
The impulse voltage test of inter-turn insulation shall be carried out according to GB/T22715.
Vibration measurement shall be performed according to GB/T10068.
Noise measurement shall be performed in accordance with GB/T10069.1.
The rotation direction shall be checked according to GB/T1971.
The housing protection class test shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4942. A representative sample may be used for testing.
