Brief Introduction

For YRKK900 slip ring rotor motor wound field synchronous machine, the extension of the motor shaft is not allowed to withstand the applied axial force and radial force other than the weight of the coupling. When the motor and the driven machinery are connected by a flexible coupling, there should be a limiting device on the coupling, and the allowable momentum should be channeled according to the agreement. The stator windings of the motor are equipped with at least 6 embedded resistance temperature measuring elements with an index number of Pt100, and each bearing bush is equipped with at least 1 resistance temperature measuring element with an index number of Pt100, if necessary, according to the agreement.

From the spindle extension end, the junction box is usually located on the right side of the frame (or as specified in the agreement). When the power is 2000kW and above, the neutral point should be drawn out. When the alphabetical order of the outgoing end marks is the same as the voltage phase sequence of the three-phase power supply, the motor should rotate clockwise from the extended end of the spindle. The motor is not allowed to reverse the power supply or brake during operation,YR series motor is allowed to reverse after stopping,Y series motor is only allowed to rotate in one direction, whether it is allowed to reverse after stopping according to the protocol. The motor shall have reliable measures to prevent shaft current.

The appearance and assembly quality requirements of the motor are as follows:

Motor assembly should be complete, correct, all kinds of signs complete; Motor surface paint should be dry and complete, uniform paint film, no cracks, peeling, bubbles and other defects, coating should be complete; When the motor rotates, it should be smooth and light, without stagnation, and the sound should be uniform and harmonious without harmful noise; Motor bearing oil tank, cooler and related oil pipes, water pipes should be well sealed, no oil leakage, water leakage and other phenomena; In addition to meeting the requirements of 5.1~5.24, series wound field synchronous machine slip ring rotor motor should also be tested for the following items: measurement of insulation resistance; Measurement of DC resistance of windings in cooling state; Voltage resistance test; Measurement of no-load current and loss; Measurement of efficiency, power factor and slip; Impulse voltage test of interturn insulation; Measurement of no-load characteristic curve; Measurement of locked-rotor characteristic curve: measurement of moment of inertia.
