Motor Air Cooled

Brief Introduction

YKK series of motor air cooled has many advantages, such as compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, etc. The motors can operate when ambient temperature is -15℃~+40℃; the altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃).

Carbon dust may occur in the earlier operation period of brush, which should be removed before each starting by every two weeks. When the abrasive surface of brush forms oxide film, carbon powder and dust should be periodically cleaned. Due to different operation environment and working conditions, users should formulate cleaning cycles by taking standard of if there is carbon powder and dust on collecting ring. The methods of cleaning: clean the surface dust and carbon powder with dry compressed air or small hand-held dryer, anhydrous medical alcohol shall be used to clean the oil containmation of surface of collecting ring.

If the height of brush can not reach 25mm, it is necessary to replace the brush, replace 1/3 of the total number of brush for each phase at each time in equal quantity (approximately). Every 7 days change another 1/3 until replacement is completed. The new type, specifications should be same with the original brush and can be moved freely within scope of brush handle. The contact surface between brush and collecting ring should no less than 70% if spring clip compresses brush naturally. If there is insufficient contact surface area, grind the brush and clean the carbon dust.
