10 KV Electric Motor

Brief Introduction

The insulation resistance of 10 KV electric motor high voltage shall be measured with 2,500V megger; the megger not higher than 250V shall be adopted when the insulation resistance of embedded thermodetector is measured; when measuring the insulation resistance of motor windings, it shall be conducted in actual cooling state.

Unless special agreement involving main motor  contract and technical agreement or standard stipulations on motor accessories and equipment, the quality assurance period of motor accessories and complete equipment is the same as that of the main motor.

When the motor host, accessories or supporting equipment reach the deadline of service life, or the user needs replacing the new product, it is recommended that the user does not discard the replaced old product casually and can contact the organization or company specializing in recovery of solid, liquid and hazardous waste, and chemical raw materials,so as to reduce the environmental pollution.

Remove the antirust paper between collecting ring and brush before trial run, measure the insulation resistence value of collecting ring ＞10MΩ, and then proceed operation with power, or it should be handled with drying. If the motor operates in a humid environment, drying and dust removal should be conducted before each starting.
