Brief Introduction

YRKK710 IEC IP55 protection motor is a wound-rotor three-phase asynchronous motor.

Protection class IP55 means: protection against external objects and dust, complete protection against the intrusion of external objects, although not complete protection against the intrusion of dust, but the amount of dust intrusion will not affect the normal operation of the appliance; protection against immersion in sprayed water, anti-low-pressure spraying of water that lasts for at least 3 minutes.

IP protection level is composed of two numbers, the first number indicates that the electrical dust, to prevent the intrusion of foreign objects level (here referred to as foreign objects including tools, human fingers, etc. can not be contacted within the electrical part of the electrically charged, to avoid electric shock), the second number indicates that the electrical protection against moisture, water immersed in the degree of confinement, the larger the number indicates that the higher the level of protection.
