Brief Introduction 

YBX3-225M IEC explosion proof motor has passed electric and mechanical tests, and is packaged and issued to user after obtaining certificate. Random document materials are arranged in packaging box, or some rapid wear parts are accompanied in accordance with user's requirements. After motor arrived, in case of obvious damage trace on the packaging box, immediately inform related transport departments and manufacturer, and require to assign representative to participate in OOBA (out of box audit); in case of accidental damage of motor, immediately contact to process, and make further inspection before mounting.

If it cannot mount the motor timely, keep IEC explosion proof motor in dry and clean warehouse. It is not favorable for storage of motor when the ambient air contains a great amount of solid particles such as dust, acid-base or salt mist or other corrosive gas, temperature is too high or too low, humidity is too high or change is relatively serious, etc. Instead of plastic fabric, the motor shall be covered by waterproof canvas to prevent dust and the like. If the motor is provided with a heater, to prevent generation of condensed water or absorption of moisture, the motor can be electrified by the heater. When keeping for too long time, it shall measure insulation resistance at regular time. Minimum storage temperature is 5℃.
