High Torque Brushed Motor

Brief Introduction

This series high torque brushed motor is generally industrial small size DC motor, which requires constant power speed range no larger than 2:1, and overload capacity no larger than 1.5 times of electric traction of rated torque. All supporting equipment wiring should be wired as per external wiring diagram of each accessory. And since wired, the rotation direction and rotation direction indicator should be guaranteed the same.

The connector lug of motor grounding should be associated with outlet box grounding clamp. As for larger size motors, except the outlet box grounding terminal, another grounding terminal should be arranged on frame (The same side of outlet box) and it should be used at same time. This grounding terminal can only be regarded as grounding protection but not for other purposes.

Note: the winding should be discharged after measuring to avoid electricity shock.
