Brief Introduction
When lift Z2 series brush dc generator, only lifting ring shall be lifted. Check bearing grease after box-opening if the motor has been stored beyond two years, replace if necessary. Motor installation areas should have fluent ventilation without hinder, what's more, the emitted hot air should be avoided to enter into the motor directly.
The motor must be installed on steel structure pedestal with enough steel rigidity, or cement pedestal. During concrete pouring, (around 2mm) gasket should be added between motor supports and cement pedestal so as to correct the adjustment. During connection between motor and working machine, two axles should be concentric, thus, careful calibration and check should be conducted.
