Brush Type Motor

Brief Introduction

Z2 series brush type motor is generally industrial small size DC motor, which requires constant power speed range no larger than 2:1, and overload capacity no larger than 1.5 times of electric traction of rated torque. The standard parameters and outline installation dimensions of Z2-series DC motors should refer to technical specifications or product samples. The outline installation dimensions of TH humid type and ZT2 wide speed regulating motor refer to Z2 type. Please state clearly during ordering if there are specific requirements, which can be attached on technical protocol.

Different accessories such as tachogenerator and optical-electricity encoder can be supported with motor as per requirements of customers. As for external ventilation motor, the fan should be installed on the top of motor bearing extension end; the cooling air which goes through the internal of motor emits the heat from the window of commutator end.
