Brief Introduction

The lifting rings on the frame of YRKK series of  hv electric motor are specially used for lifting hook and sling transportation. It's prohibited to lift or support from the place of iron core lamination or coil; when the whole motor is lifted, slings shall be used to evenly distribute the weight; meanwhile, jackstay shall be used to make them open in case of deformation of top dust hood or cooler. The reckless carrying and incorrect use of boom and hook lifting upon installing may cause greater damage than that from operation for years. The impact and collision of shaft, coupling and bearing components shall be avoided because impact and collision can damage the bearing; gentle lifting and handling are required in order to avoid damage.

Pay attention to the weight of SIMO motor before lifting; the actual weight of motor is marked on the nameplate of motor. Lifting can be done with the lifting lugs on the frame; tighten the slings; don't yank or suddenly move the motor.
