Brief Introduction

User power grid should guarantee that YR series 600 kW electric motor end voltage should not lower than 85% of rated voltage during starting process.

The insulation resistance of stator should be larger than 100MΩ and the insulation resistance of rotor should be larger than 50MΩ.

Starting current should be controlled within 1.5 times of rated current.

Direct short circuit starting of rotor is not allowed and tandem connect starting rheostat in rotor circuit during starting.

If the above conditions are met, start the motor twice in permissive actually cold state or start once in hot state. Motor should naturally stop during two times of start and additional re-start of motor should be conducted after 1 hour shut-down.

Note during ordering if you have the requirements as below.

Non 6kW and 10kW voltage, such as voltage of 3kV, 6.3kV or 11kW.

Rated frequency is 60Hz.

Motor operates under frequency control, provide frequency range, such as 5～50Hz, 30～50Hz, etc.

Altitude is higher than 1000m.

Environment temperature is higher than 40℃ or lower than 0 ℃.

As for regulations of low noise and noise lower than GB/T10069.3.

Non-standard mounting dimension. There are requirements of height limits and width limits.

Motor mounted inclined, for example: 10°included angle with horizontal plane.

Special requirements of electric performance, for example: high locked rotor torque, high slip, large rotational inertia, low locked rotor current, etc.

Other special requirements, such as winding and bearing temperature transmitter, current transmitter, surge arrester, vibration senor, encoder, special bearing, special package, lubrication oil station, and other spare parts apart from motor proper.
