Brief Introduction

The default adoption of this series 3000 kW electric motor is sliding bearing, forced fabricating (Partially can be self-lubrication), H710 series, H800 which except 4-pole and 6-pole can adopt fine import rolling bearing.

If protection grade is IP23, the cooling type of motor is IC01 or IC06; If protection grade is IP54 or IP55, the cooling type of motor will be IC81W, IC86W, IC611, IC616, IC666. The cooling types under working condition of frequency speed adjusting are IC06, IC86W, IC616, IC666. 

Protection Type and Operating Environment; Damp-heat type, with climate protective areas (TH); Dry-hot type, with climate protective areas (TA); Tropical Type, with climate protective areas (T); Indoor anti-medium corrosion (F1); Indoor anti-strong corrosion (WF2);

The above protection type is noted in the end of motor type, such as YR7101-4F1. YR series 3000 kw motor's duty is S1 continuous duty.

Standardized operation altitude height should not exceed than 1000m.

The highest environment temperature around motor should not exceed than 40℃.

The lowest environment temperature should no less than -15℃ except motor with sliding bearing or air-water cooling, which should no less than 0℃.

As for cooling water temperature of air-water cooling type motor: the inlet cooling water temperature of cooler should not higher than +25℃ and not lower than +5℃.
