Brief Introduction

YKK series of high voltage 315kw motor is a new generation product based on the company's long-term stable high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor's experience of design and manufacturing, combined with the latest international standards. The motors can operate when ambient temperature is -15℃~+40℃; the altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃).

YKK series of motor is applied in all kinds of different machineries, such as air ventilators, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines and other equipment, and it can be also regarded as prime motor among coal mine, machinery industry, power plant and other kinds of industries and mining enterprises.

If the motor has vibration problems during its operation, here are several reasons: 1) there is problem for coupling alignment; 2) there are dust one fan; 3) vibration of driven equipment; 4) system resonance; 5) rotor imbalance, the balance weight on rotor changes or fan changes. In this condition, solutions should be adopted: 1) realign the coupling; 2) clean the motor; 3) separate the motor and driven equipment for inspection, find out and remove the vibration source; 4) change the stiffness of foundation structure; 5) rebalance the rotor.
