Brief Introduction

This series of high voltage ac motor is applied in all kinds of different machineries, such as air ventilators, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines and other equipment, and it can be also regarded as prime motor among coal mine, machinery industry, power plant and other kinds of industries and mining enterprises.

YKS series high voltage ac motor has many advantages, such as compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, etc. It can operate when ambient temperature is; Altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃).

When the motor fails to start, it's due to line fault or overload. Line fault is power supply system problem or single phase caused by starter, in this circumstance, users should check power source when it is dead, check overload, control and fuse as well as voltage value and compare the above values with the rated values on nameplate. While overload needs users to disconnect motor and load to check no-load start, reduce load or replace it with a high-capacity motor.

When the motor has excessive ac hum, over-high voltage, rotor imbalance and large sliding bearing wear may be the cause. Users should check the correctness of input voltage and wiring, rebalance the rotor and replace the bearing before stator-rotor collision when scraping occurs, the alignment condition should be checked as well.

If regular clatter appears when operating the motor, there may be foreign matters in air gap, thus users shall draw out the rotor and take out the foreign matters. When there is rapid impact in the motor, it is because of poor bearing and dirty lubricant. In this condition, the bearing should be replaced and the oil chamber and lubricant should be cleaned and replaced respectively.
