Brief Introduction

The main proper of YR 185kW motor adopts box-type steel plate welding structure with light weight and proper rigidity.

Stator winding adopts 155 (F) class insulation material and conducts VPI treatment, therefore, this type of motor has characteristics of good insulation performance, high mechanical strength, strong anti-moisture capacity as well as long service life.

Rotating shaft adopts fine forged alloy steel, and cage bars and end ring materials of squirrel cage rotor are red copper, which are fabricated by reliable welding process and experienced dynamic balance under rated speed, thus, motor runs stable and reliable.

External collecting ring include slip ring support, steel plate welded enclosure, collecting ring, brush holder and inner fan. The protection grade is IP23. It has independent heat dissipation ventilation circuit which is good for heat dissipation and carbon powder discharging to insure the safe and reliable operation of motor.

This series of motor adopts sliding bearing, forced fabricating (Partially can be self-lubrication), H710 series, H800 which except 4-pole and 6-pole can adopt fine import rolling bearing.

Attach temperature detector on important parts such as stator winding and bearing, which is convenient for site and remote supervision to guarantee safe and reliable operation of motor.
