Induction Motor HVAC

Brief Introduction

Under normal circumstances, induction motor HVAC, one of YKK series induction motors hvac, will be hot along with its operation; although some places are hot through hand feeling, the heat of motor is still within the limit range, the temperature of coil shall be measured with thermal resistance or thermocouple.

For induction motor HVAC, stator cleaning: for the insulation windings with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) solvent-free painting process, they can be wiped with quick-drying solvent or cleaned with low pressure clean stream, then bake the stator at 90℃ for 6 hours. Every time stator coil is cleaned, insulation resistance value shall be checked.

Besides, for the windings not belonging to VPI insulation system, it's not recommended to use water and detergent to clean the rotor of motor. Solvent shall be used for cleaning and this kind of solvent match with insulation system and drying.
