The operating principle of Y delta connection motor is based on the law of electromagnetic induction. When the three-phase AC current passes through the stator windings, a rotating magnetic field is generated, which in turn induces a current in the rotor and creates a rotating torque. Due to the slip between the rotor and stator, the motor is capable of asynchronous operation.
The water cooling system maintains the motor within the optimum operating temperature range by circulating water to carry away the heat generated inside the motor. The anti-condensation space heater protects the electrical insulation of the motor by heating the space inside the motor and preventing water condensation due to low temperatures.
Y delta connection motor is used in a wide variety of industrial applications, particularly in mining industry. In the mining industry, electric motors are commonly used to drive various mining equipment, such as elevators, crushers and conveyors. High-voltage three-phase asynchronous water-cooled motors are able to operate stably under high loads and harsh environments, ensuring the continuity and safety of mining production.
