VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment is an important process equipment in the production process of electrical and electrical materials such as high-voltage motors, transformers, power capacitors and paper-insulated high-voltage power cables. After VPI process treatment, the device will have good insulation performance, reduced temperature rise, improved efficiency, increased mechanical strength, it solves the loosening phenomenon during operation, prevents short circuit and other insulation faults, improves moisture resistance and extends service life.

VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment is an important process equipment in the production process of electrical and electrical materials such as wound rotor induction high-voltage motors, transformers, power capacitors and paper-insulated high-voltage power cables. Its working principle is to cool the workpiece after pre-drying to remove moisture, and place it in a vacuum environment to eliminate the air and volatiles inside the white coil, relying on the gravity of the paint liquid in the vacuum and the capillary action of the coil. And the use of dry compressed air or inert gas, after the removal of vacuum to apply a certain pressure on the impregnating liquid, so that the paint liquid quickly permeate and fill the inner layer of the insulation structure, in order to achieve the purpose of impregnating.
