Used low voltage switchgear, as MNS 400v switchgear, is suitable for systems with AC 50~60Hz and rated operation voltage of 660V and below. It is used for the control of power generation, transmission, distribution, electric energy conversion and electric energy consumption.
This device is not only suitable for general places, but also can be used in offshore oil drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants after special treatment. This device conforms to 1EC439, Part 5 of VDE0660,, GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear" national standard and ZBK36001 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear" professional standard.
The used low voltage switchgear operates at 50-60Hz AC with a maximum rated voltage of 660V. Its modular design provides comprehensive control across power generation (including backup generator synchronization), transmission (feeder protection up to 65kA breaking capacity per IEC 60947-2), distribution (power factor correction 0.8-0.95), energy conversion (VFD integration compatible with IEC 61800-5), and consumption (energy metering with Class 0.5S accuracy to IEC 62053-22).
Beyond standard industrial installations, specially engineered variants serve extreme environments. Offshore platforms utilize corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel plating meeting ISO 12944 C5-M standards, while nuclear applications feature seismic reinforcement compliant with IEEE 344-2013 Zone 4 requirements. These adaptations maintain functionality from -25°C to +55°C (IEC 60068-2 certified), with humidity tolerance up to 95% at 40°C.
