For series squirrel cage and wound rotor induction motor, the bearing temperature measurement and stator temperature measurement devices are selected by users, if not specifically stated, the temperature measurement element is platinum thermal resistance Pt100, and the output signal is resistance signal.

During normal running, difference may occur between bearing temperature measured by two temperature measuring elements, which is a normal phenomenon, and the main reasons are:1) temperature measuring element error; 2) bearing quality; 3) lubrication conditions; 4) cooling conditions; 5) bearing load size; 6) affected by the uneven motor temperature.

Temperature difference measured by six stator temperature measuring elements are: 1) temperature measuring elements error; 2) electromagnetic wire and silicon steel sheet in different parts are different, thus the loss of each part is different; 3) the ventilation cooling system is not completely symmetrical.

The anti-condensation space heater is arranged inside the motor, and the heating element is in the form of heating tube or heating belt. Electricity that is not used for a long time, the winding insulation resistance is reduced due to moisture absorption, and the role of the heater is to prevent the insulation resistance from being reduced due to moisture exposure.

The setting principle of the heater power is: "Make the motor winding temperature slightly higher than the ambient temperature of 5 ° C". The heater complies with the provisions of JB/T 7856 "Electric Motor Heater". In the absence of special requirements, the heater rated voltage is 220V, and the rated frequency is 50Hz.

The heater is used when the motor stops working, and it is not allowed to be used when the motor is working. In order to prevent condensation on the winding, if the motor does not use an anti-condensation space heater, the motor should not be subjected to sudden changes in temperature regional storage and intermittent operation. If the motor is running intermittently in a wet location, an anti-condensation space heater should be used.
