Small Fan DC Motor

Brief Introduction

During operation period, Z2 series small fan dc motor should be kept clean both in external surface as well as surroundings, and foreigners should be not placed on the internal clearance of motor. Check frequently if the anchor bolts are loose, if there is noise during motor operating, if the ventilation is unblocked, if the electric grounding devices are safe and reliable and if partial wiring is loose, etc.

The mark of Z2-series motor grease is No.3 lithium-based grease, and in normal conditions, the lubricating grease should be replaced once a year. Special tool should be adopted to pull out the bearing and do not damage the rotation bearing precision and replace as per bearing code on nameplate. Rinsing should be done before new bearing mounting and preheat to 90～100℃ in engine oil and sheathe quickly to bearing. Since cooling down, add No. 3 lithium-based grease and its quantity filled should be 1/2～2/3 of bearing chamber.
