Brief Introduction

Permanent magnet synchronous AC motor with permanent magnets to provide excitation, so that the motor structure is relatively simple, reducing the processing and assembly costs, and eliminating the problematic collector rings and brushes, improving the reliability of motor operation; and because there is no need for excitation current, there is no excitation loss, improving the efficiency and power density of the motor.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor consists of stator, rotor and end cover. The stator is basically the same as an ordinary induction motor, with a laminated structure to minimize the iron consumption during motor operation. The rotor can be made solid or laminated. The armature winding can be centralized whole pitch winding or distributed short pitch winding and unconventional winding.
