The basic principle of the DC motor is the law of electromagnetic induction. When a direct current flows through the armature winding of a motor, it creates a magnetic field. This magnetic field interacts with the magnetic field of a fixed permanent magnet or electromagnet, creating an electromagnetic force that drives the armature to rotate.
The working principle of low speed brushed DC motor is the same as that of ordinary brushed DC motor. Its basic components include a stator (usually a permanent magnet or electromagnet), an armature, a commutator, and a brush. When the direct current is passed through the brush to the commutator and then into the armature winding, the armature produces a rotating magnetic field. This rotating magnetic field interacts with the stator's magnetic field to generate torque, which drives the armature to rotate.
