Z4 industrial motor carbon brush is based on the law of electromagnetic induction to achieve electrical energy conversion or transmission of an electromagnetic device, including mechanical energy to electrical energy; electrical energy to mechanical energy; electrical energy to electrical energy. Its basic structure mainly includes a stator winding used to generate a magnetic field and a rotating armature (rotor) plus other accessories. Under the action of the rotating magnetic field of the stator winding, the armature has the current to pass and rotate by the action of the magnetic field. Generate driving torque, as the power source of electrical appliances or various machines.
DC separately excited motor: the excitation winding is supplied by an independent excitation power supply, and there is no electrical connection between the excitation winding and the armature. Therefore, the excitation current is not affected by the armature terminal voltage or armature current. The excitation current is more constant and the starting torque is proportional to the armature current. The speed can be increased by dissipating the constant power of the magnetic field or reduced by lowering the voltage of the rotor winding. When starting a separately excited motor, the field coil must be switched to the rated voltage before the armature circuit is switched on. The armature circuit should be cut off first and then off the magnetic circuit.
