For this series IECEX motor, the main loop outage switch is closed to electrify the motor instantaneously, check whether the motor is started and examine whether rotation direction of the motor is right, if the rotation direction is not consistent with rotation direction regulated in accompanied data, open switch of main loop after stopping the rotor, exchange wiring of the motor by right rotation direction and restart.
After normally running the motor, pay attention to examine whether phenomenons such as abnormal sound, vibration and local heating exist within 2h of starting, and frequently examine temperature of motor bearing; it is more valuable to check temperature rise rate of the bearing than check actual temperature of bearing; if temperature rise rate of the bearing is too rapid and exceeds a certain limit, immediately interrupt power of the motor, and check the bearing after stopping the motor.
