Brief Introduction

YKS series high voltage induction motor has many advantages, such as compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, etc. It can operate when ambient temperature is; Altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃). This series of motor is applied in all kinds of different machineries, such as air ventilators, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines and other equipment, and it can be also regarded as prime motor among coal mine, machinery industry, power plant and other kinds of industries and mining enterprises.

After adjustment is completed, slightly tighten the adjusting screws around the motor to prevent motor moving when anchor bolts of motor are compressed; the opposite angles of anchor bolts must be tighten evenly when they are compressed, then align once according to above method after tightening them; if there are no changes, the adjusting bolts around the motor can be completely loosened.

The rotor of sliding bearing motor shall be placed in magnetic center (see the sign on motor) or the midpoint (mechanical center) of axial play of rotor. If you can't confirm the position of magnetic center or there is no sign for the position of magnetic center, then you can put the rotor in the mechanical center. When the location of motor has met the requirement of axial play, then install and tighten anchor bolts. Check motor to see whether its angle and position are aligned. Angular alignment is verified with the method of measuring interplanar clearance of coupling; measurement is made in the positions of top, bottom and two sides of coupling with feeler gauge. All the readings shall be taken from the places with the same radius from the center of shaft and in the places of large diameter as much as possible. Then rotate two shafts (motor and driven equipment) together for 180 degrees, and measure in the place of each 90 degrees. In this way, it'll be guaranteed to accurately check the angular relationship between axes without the influence of any prominent axial position
