Brief Introduction

Z4 series brushed dc generator adopts octagonal full lamination structure, which not only has high space utilization rate, but also can withstand pulsating current and rapid load current change when using stationary rectifier. This series dc motors generally do not have series excitation windings and are suitable for automatic control technologies that require positive and negative rotation. The center height 100-280mm motors don't have compensation winding. The center height of 250mm, 280mm motor can be made with a compensation winding as customer request. The center height of 315-450mm motor is equipped with compensation winding.

The basic cooling method is IC06, with external ventilation with blower; also it can be IC17. The cooling air inlet is a pipe, and the exit is a blind; also can be IC37 the cooling air inlet and outlet are pipelines. It has a variety of derived forms, such as self-ventilation type, with axial fan type, closed type, air/air cooler type. The required cooling air volume, air pressure, and fan motor power for each frame number motor are shown. The protection grade of the whole motor housing is IP21S.
