The reading of the clearance between the upper and lower parts of the coupling should be consistent (or the error should not exceed 0.04~0.05mm), and then the motor shaft and the dragged mechanical shaft are rotated together, 90 degrees is an interval, and the measurement is carried out four times in a week. The alignment of the concentricity of the motor with the machine being dragged allows two dial gauges to be placed on one side of the coupling. Touch the side of the backrest wheel of the two half couplings respectively, and adjust the zero position of the two dial gauges. Once the dial gauges are fixed, do not move again. The original reading should be the same and repeated.
