Motor Description

The YBX3 motor shall be installed in accordance with strict procedure, because motor’s performance is greatly determined by regulation thereof and stability of foundation. It shall inspect depending on the following requirements before mounting the motor, so as to avoid faults during running. In case of any damage or question on the motor, customers should conduct appearance and mechanical inspection.

Determine central point of foundation, so as to establish centerline of unit and surface height of foundation. In accordance with outside drawing, determine whether foot margin, wire, cable, pipeline, bus and other facilities are on right positions and whether dimensions are proper, so as to rightly mount the motor and accessories thereof. In accordance with outline drawing, check whether dimension, position and top height of the foundation bolt are right. When mounting the motor on foundation, support the motor through planar or wedge-shaped parallel, so as to regulate level of the motor. Guarantee sufficient working space around the motor, so as to facilitate detaching, maintenance, cleaning, etc.
