YR phase asynchronous wire-wound motors
Engine description
This motor series is generally a three-phase asynchronous motor with a wound rotor, which is an updated product of a new design. Its power class and mounting dimension comply with the IEC standard. It can deliver a higher starting torque with a lower starting current and can adjust the speed within a certain range. This series of motors has the advantages of high efficiency and low noise, among others. The motors can operate when the ambient temperature is between -15℃ and +40℃; the altitude ≤1KM; and the average monthly air humidity ≤90% (if the temperature is 25℃).
This series of motors is mainly applied in areas that are much cleaner and free of flammable, explosive and corrosive gases, and can be applied in the above areas:
(1) Areas requiring a much higher starting torque than a squirrel-cage rotor motor.
(2) Areas where the capacity of the supply line is not sufficient to start the squirrel cage rotor motor.
(3) Areas that require a longer start-up time and more frequent starts.
(4) Areas requiring speed control within a small range.
(5) Connected as an “electric shaft” for synchronous phase drives, etc., such as compressors, sugar mill machines, textile machines, winches, drawing machines, conveyor belts, etc.
