Brief Introduction

Before the installation of this series 3 phase dc generator, except the insulation test of motor which is required by main motor operation and maintenance instructions should be carried on, electrical test should be also conducted as per motor accessories and equipment in accordance with relevant standards of operation and maintenance instructions.

As for the accessories or complete equipment which separately install from motor proper, their installation and operation environment should not only satisfy the requirements on nameplate, such as protective grade, ambient environment as well as altitude, contract, technical protocol, operation instructions (manual) and relevant standards should be highly satisfied. Special reminding: as for accessories and equipment with water, water should be discharged to prevent frostbite during storage and stopping. As for accessories and equipment with power which include integrated circuit and electrical elements, water-proof, dust proof, Anti-corrosion and electrostatic eliminating measures should be specially paid during storage and storage.
