2. Excellent performance

The improved YBX3 explosion-proof motor has excellent performance. The motor adopts a large blade and a small outer diameter electrostatic plastic fan. And the noise is greatly reduced. The shell is a steel plate structure, and the vent is an 8mm×8mm corner hole. As a prerequisite for preventing foreign matter from entering, the maximum ventilation area can be obtained, the air channel is smooth, the appearance is beautiful, the rigidity is good, and the protection level is IP20.

3. Service life

High-frequency vibration can shorten the life of motor components, and the vibration of the YBX3 explosion-proof motor is lower than that of similar products. That is to say, compared with the same product, the components of the YBX3 explosion-proof motor are not easily damaged, and the service life of the motor is extended.

4. Junction box

It has excellent explosion-proof performance. Because of the simple wiring, there is a lot of space in the box. There are two ways to enter the line: rubber insulated cable and steel pipe wiring. This is formed on the connection port or two joint ports. There is an explosion-proof structure locked by screws between the junction box cavity and the main cavity of the base. The junction box is located on the front, back, left and right sides of the four sides, and users can use the electrical equipment very conveniently. .

 

YBX3 explosion-proof motors are new motors designed according to the 2nd level energy efficiency standard of GB 18613-2012 for the 2nd level energy power YB3 series engines. The power level and installation dimensions of these explosion-proof motors meet IEC standards and are the same as those of the YB and YB2 series motors.

YBX3 explosion-proof motors are products that have undergone technical transformation on the original basis of YB3 explosion-proof motors. Compared with YB3 explosion-proof motors, they have more significant advantages in terms of technical performance and work efficiency.
