Brief Introduction
ZDB emergency 22 KW motor needs regular maintenance and inspection to ensure that it can start and operate normally in an emergency.
The maintenance work mainly includes:
1. Check the insulation performance of the motor.
2. Clean the dust on the outside of the motor regularly.
3. Inspect and lubricate motor bearings.
4. Check motor brushes and commutator for wear.
Check whether the brush of 22KW motor is beating. Slowly rotate the armature with one hand, and gently press the brush with the other to judge the beating of the brush by feeling. If the brush moves up and down regularly, it indicates that the commutator is out of circle; if the brush has obvious irregular beating, it indicates that the commutator is uneven.
Check the surface of the commutator and Observe the surface of the commutator. If you find many thin and deep groove marks, you should check the brushes one by one. It is likely that there are emery particles on the contact surface of a certain brush or the brush is severely worn and the lead terminal is exposed, which scratches the surface of the commutator.Once found, a new brush of similar size and the same grade should be replaced in time.
