1. Wear of the motor shaft bearing, wear of the motor bearing chamber, and wear of the shaft head keyway.

Traditional repair methods: mainly brush plating, spraying, surfacing or replacement. Brush plating is easy to delaminate and the replacement cost is high, which makes it difficult to solve the problem.

2. Wear of the 380Kw motor shaft bearing

After the motor shaft bearing is damaged, the bearing position is worn. After the problem occurs, according to the traditional method, it is necessary to repair it by welding or brush plating and machining. However, the thermal stress generated by the high temperature of the repair welding cannot be completely eliminated, and it is easy to bend or break; the brush plating is limited by the coating thickness and is easy to peel off; and the above methods are all metal repairing metal, which cannot change the "hard to hard" matching relationship. Under the combined action of various forces, it will still cause wear again.

3. Wear of the bearing position and bearing chamber of the 900Kw motor

During the long-term operation of the motor, due to the influence of various factors, the wear of the bearing chamber is very common. After the problem occurs, the traditional method cannot be solved on the spot, and it must rely on outsourcing repair or replacement; and all metals are used to repair metals, which cannot change the "hard-to-hard" matching relationship. Under the combined action of various forces, it will still cause wear again.

4. Wear of the bearing chamber of the 90Kw motor

During the long-term operation of the motor, due to the influence of various factors, the wear of the bearing chamber is very common. After the problem occurs, the traditional method cannot be solved on the spot, and it must rely on scrapping and replacement.

From the above points of view, the problem of motor shaft wear is difficult to repair with traditional methods. Most of them may need to replace the shaft, but this is costly and has a long cycle. After the repair, the quality of the motor is not as good as before, and there is a high probability of damage. According to our experience, it is recommended to replace the motor directly if the shaft wear is serious!
