Motor Description

The YBX3 series is developed by SIMO independently. The cooling method is IC411, the explosion proof mark is Ex dⅠMb, Ex d Ⅱ BT4 Gb. It's mainly applied to drive equipments of coal mine, petroleum and gas, such as water pump,blower, compressor, convryor, and other machines

The AC three-phase motor has fan; orthogonal radiation ribs of base radiate heat, thus sufficiently verifying cooling effect. Terminal box of motor is located at the top of the motor; six outgoing terminals are made, and simultaneously a junction sign drawing. Depending on ordering requirement, one or two line outlets are formed, applicable to three structures, i.e., rubber sleeve cable (or plastic sleeve cable), steel pipe wiring or armor cable.

Main terminal box is an independent flameproof structure; insulator electric clearance and creep distance are strictly designed in accordance with flameproof standard, so as to guarantee safe and reliable running of motor. See Fig. 3 for structure of main terminal box of motor.

Flameproof surfaces between terminal box and terminal box base as well as between terminal box base and casing are strictly designed in accordance with flameproof standard.
