Motor Overview

The YJTKK series 6KV/10KV high-voltage variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor from Xi'an Litsema Electric is a squirrel-cage rotor asynchronous motor. The protection class for this series is IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is IC611.

This series of variable frequency motors features high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, minimal vibration, lightweight, reliable performance, and convenient installation and maintenance. It is suitable for driving various types of machinery, including compressors, machine tools, pumps, fans, mixers, conveyors, and agricultural and food machinery. Additionally, it is widely used in power plants, construction materials, aviation, marine, and other high-tech fields.

The structural form and installation type of the YJTKK series motor is IMB3. The motor rating is based on a continuous duty cycle (S1), with a rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 6KV or 10KV. Other voltage levels or special requirements can be negotiated at the time of ordering.

The series adopts F-class insulation structure, but the temperature rise is assessed based on B-class standards. Noise is assessed under load. Motors in frame sizes H280-1000 are equipped with oil injection and discharge systems.

When viewed from the shaft extension end, 2-pole motors rotate in a clockwise direction. For counterclockwise rotation, this must be specified when placing an order.

Operating Conditions for Variable Frequency Motors

1. Altitude not exceeding 1,000m.

2. Ambient air temperature varies with the seasons but does not exceed 40°C or fall below -15°C.

3. Average relative humidity in the most humid month is 90%, with an average minimum temperature during this month not exceeding 25°C.
